Hi, I’m Maja, the founder of Brave Vision.
I help founders, managers, and early-stage teams grow, personally and professionally, with clarity, courage, and sustainable strategy.
I turn fast-growing operations into structured, people-first teams.
For over 13 years, I’ve built, scaled, and led global teams and operations from scratch.
At companies like Wix, Guesty, and Riverside.fm, I created and led high-impact Support, Knowledge Management, and Training Operations, serving millions of users and scaling fast-moving startups into structured, people-first companies.
But it didn’t start that way.
When I first stepped into leadership, everything looked perfect from the outside:
rapid growth, big wins, high responsibility.
But inside? I was deeply unhappy and I didn’t understand why.
Coaching wasn’t my plan - it was my turning point.
A friend introduced me to a Satya-Method coach.
I just needed something that worked and session by session, it did.
That was the start of my transformation.
I’ve now been practicing Satya for over a decade.
It became part of how I think, ask, build and lead - of how I live.
As a parent, partner, friend, as a leader and as a coach.
Today, I help people and companies transform, for real.
I coach founders, managers, and individuals in tech who want to grow with more clarity, authenticity, and freedom.
I also consult early-stage startups to build scalable, people-first Support, Knowledge, and Training Operations, turning chaos into structure, and burnout into balance.
